Delete your account

App name: Gems Within Me · Developer: Sergen Orin

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Gems Within Me.
  2. Go to Settings (You tab).
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. You’re signed out and deletion starts immediately.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@sergenorin.com from the address you signed up with (or tell me your display name if you used guest mode or Google/Apple sign-in) with the subject “Delete my account”. I’ll confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in records, profile, sessions, gems, tools, achievements, goals and skill paths (including any you published), and leaderboard entry.

What may be kept

Purchase and payment records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, kept by them as required by law. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; manage subscriptions in Google Play.
