By using Gems Within Me you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Use of the app

The app is a personal focus and habit tool. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Don’t misuse the service: no cheating the leaderboard, attacking the backend, scraping, or publishing unlawful, hateful or infringing content.

Your content

You own the goals and skill paths you create. By publishing a path you allow me to display it in the app to other users. I may remove content that breaks these terms.

Virtual items and purchases

Gems, coins, shards and tools are virtual items with no cash value and are not transferable. Premium purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund terms. Restore purchases from Settings.

AI-generated content

Skill paths may be generated by AI and can be inaccurate. They are suggestions and not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Accounts

You can delete your account at any time (how). I may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of progress or virtual items.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@sergenorin.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
